As the sun slowly set and the moon started to be visible for them to admire he stood up and jogged to his car to turn on the headlight so that it wouldn't be too dark for them before he came back to where they are seated.
He smiled to her before he motioned her to stand up, holding her hand before he pulled her into a hug while smiling.He looked at his children who are still busy munching on their food.
He sighed before he pulled back and held her hand, squeezing it gently as he stared at her.
Aly's figure in front of him bathed by the light of a beautiful sunset was overwhelming, and his heart was beating so hard that he couldn’t hear his own thoughts anymore. He gathered all the courage he had and made one last attempt.

He took her left hand and placed on her finger the two set rose gold ring with a moonstone in the center that he had chosen for her. As soon as he was done placing it on her finger he stood up, a soft smile was plastered on his face as he cupped her face before leaning down for a kiss.
He chuckled and pulled back when he heard Cade talking to Ameah. "Their kissing again Ameah, and we are not included, can you believe that?" The boy huffed cutely while he cupped his sister's face and slightly squishing it.
They laughed at their adorable children before they crouch down and hugged their babies tightly. He loved them with his whole heart and soul, and he was immensely happy that she had accepted to be his wife.
They both stayed like that, in their embrace, as the sun and moon was the only witnesses of the great love they felt for each other and that they would soon seal forever by joining in marriage.
